Same Job, Three Ways To Buy It
A website is a website — how you buy it decides how fast it ships, what it really costs, and who picks up the phone after launch.
Live in about 2 weeks, kickoff to launch.
6–12 weeks of discovery decks, phases, and sign-offs.
Depends on their other clients — often open-ended.
Flat, published prices. No surprise invoices.
Hourly billing plus change orders — scope creep is the model.
Low quote up front, renegotiated midway.
Monthly care plans: hosting, monitoring, and updates included.
Support retainer sold separately, routed through the queue.
Often unreachable once the final invoice clears.
Direct line to CJ — text or Slack, not a ticket system.
Account manager relays your notes to a rotating team.
One inbox, answered between gigs.
100% yours — every line ships to a repo in your name.
Locked to the agency's platform or proprietary CMS.
Varies — a clean handoff is a coin flip.

FAQ
Questions, Answered
How fast can you actually launch my site?+
Most Full Build projects go from kickoff call to live site in about two weeks. The Refurbish is usually faster — around a week, since we're working with your existing structure.
Do I own my domain, code, and content?+
Yes, entirely. Your domain stays registered in your name, and every line of code ships to a repository under your account. There's no proprietary platform holding your site hostage.
What happens after launch — do you handle maintenance?+
The Refurbish and Full Build are one-time projects; you own everything and can update it yourself or hire anyone. If you'd rather not think about it, the Retainer Partner plan covers ongoing updates, monitoring, and priority edits.
What if I already have a site — do you rebuild from scratch?+
It depends on what's underneath. If the bones are solid, The Refurbish modernizes the design and speed without a full rebuild. If it needs structural changes, we'll recommend The Full Build instead.
How do payments work?+
Half up front to start, half on launch for one-time packages. The Retainer Partner plan can be paid in full or billed monthly at $250/mo.
